Consultation.
Before undertaking any work, we hold an in-depth consultation with you to establish your requirements and identify your goals for the project. We listen intently to what you hope to achieve with the project and examine the objectives closely to develop the optimum design solution. At this phase of the process, we will share our knowledge of materials and craftsmanship acquired over generations.
Project Management.
Our highly-experienced project management team will guide you through the process from initial design intent right through to installation and aftercare. Precise project management is inherent to our team. It comes from generations of experience and allows our process to suit the individual needs of your project and adapt to any unforeseen environmental changes that may arise throughout the project.
Design development.
In our design development phase, our design team brings vast knowledge and experience to each project. Our team is both specialised in highly-skilled crafts and experienced in working with new technologies and materials which allows us develop an elegant design that fits your exact project requirements. With in-house interior architects, designers and multi-craftsmen, design possibilities are limitless.
Manufacture.
As a seventh generation heritage business, we use traditional, contemporary and highly-technical forms of manufacture; be it traditional hand-cut joints or complex CNC production, we have the knowledge and skill to manufacture complex and completely bespoke pieces of furniture. Fusing tradition with modern production allows us to make lasting pieces of furniture fit for the demands of modern life.
Specialist Finishes.
It is our promise to undertake as much of the manufacturing process as possible in-house which allows us hands-on quality control as well as adaptability to suit any changing needs or requirements of your project. From metal resins and metal inlays, to marquetry or traditional joinery, we aim to complete it all in our purpose built workshop in Bunmahon, in Co. Waterford, Ireland.
Installation.
Installation of your project is carried out by our dedicated team of installers. This team is part of the production and manufacturing process from the outset of your project, which affords them in-depth knowledge of each individual piece of furniture crafted for you allowing a seamless installation process.
Aftercare.
Exceptional service continues long after the project is completed. We pride ourselves on providing an aftercare service that exceeds your expectations. Post installation, our dedicated team of fitters and project managers will meticulously examine the installation to ensure project perfection and maximum satisfaction.
Environment.
David Crowley Furniture is located only metres from the Co. Waterford coast in Ireland where we are surrounded by natural wildlife, seascapes and landscapes. Consideration for the environment has been part of our ethos for generations. As a result, we operate a ‘no waste’ policy in our workshop, with all wood waste recycled or burned by our BIO-mass heating system to warm our workshop, sprayshop, store and offices. We reuse as much cardboard and plastic packaging as possible and recycle what we cannot use. We endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint year-on-year.
